Andoa Dark Organic 70% chocolate was developed with Valrhona's partner in Peru, with whom Valrhona shares the values of transparency, fairness and quality. Launched in 2009, this Grand Cru Pure Origine is made exclusively from the finest organic, fair trade raw materials (Fairtrade/Max Havelaar certified), one of the visible expressions of Valrhona's commitment to sustainable development. An uncompromising organic chocolate with a very strong cocoa flavour, both acidic and very bitter, representative of Peru.
