For me, this is THE dark chocolate par excellence! The great classic from Valrhona. I love its elegance, its colour and the fact that you can enjoy it at any time of the day or night! Guanaja chocolate goes wonderfully well with red fruit or dried fruit, which reveal its toasted notes. Its surprising bitterness and acidity combine perfectly with spices such as ginger, Tonka bean or more gourmet preparations like salted butter caramel.
