The queen of red fruits, the raspberry is one of the iconic fruits of pastry-making, with its perfectly balanced sweet and tart taste. Valrhona wanted to express all the intensity of the raspberry's unique flavour, combined with its natural bright pink colour. This is how the Inspiration Framboise fruit couverture was born. It's thanks to teamwork that we've been able to create this innovative range of fruit couvertures. Despite all the product developments that had already been made, Inspiration was a truly innovative project with many challenges.
