Inspiration Passion is a fruit couverture: a complex marriage of cocoa butter, sugar and passion fruit. Sweet and delicious, with a touch of acidity, passion fruit evokes the sunshine of the tropical countries from which it originates. Its unique, subtle flavour is a welcome addition to summer desserts. Although its flavour is rare and difficult to work with, Valrhona wanted to make it available to everyone by creating the Inspiration Passion fruit couverture.
