Informations complémentaires

Valrhona has been building long-lasting relationships with Ecuadorian producers for around ten years. Together with its partners, they have selected a variety of cocoa that is emblematic of the country, Arriba, in particular for the production of Alpaco. It is this Arriba cocoa that gives Alpaco its uniqueness: a blend of strength and finesse. When you taste Alpaco, you'll find the delicacy of floral aromas (jasmine, orange blossom, etc.) almost melting into very chocolaty notes. When I arrived at Valrhona, I discovered Alpaco, with its notes of orange blossom and jasmine, which amazed me and made me want to discover more about the world of cocoa.
