Oriado dark chocolate is distinguished by its lightness and balance. It also marks an important new development: for the first time, Valrhona is revealing the origins of a Mariage de Grands Crus and making a visible commitment to the quality and traceability of the cocoa chain. This chocolate, originally developed for coating, is in my opinion the finest 60% cocoa dark chocolate in our range. Oriado is made exclusively from the finest organic, fair trade raw materials (Fairtrade/Max Havelaar certified and organically grown), and is a testament to the lasting relationship between Valrhona and local producers.
